Ange Mlinko

Ange Mlinko was educated at St. John’s College and Brown University and has resided in Morocco and Lebanon. 

Mlinko is the author of Foxglovewise (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2025); Venice: Poems (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2022); Distant Mandate (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2017); and Marvelous Things Overheard: Poems (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2013). She has received a Guggenheim Fellowship and the Randall Jarrell Award in Criticism. 

Mlinko has served as poetry editor for The Nation and is currently a professor of English at the University of Florida. She lives in Gainesville.
